To implement the Act No. 95/14273/30/100100 dated 8th May2016 of H.E Minister of Energy concerning guaranteed power purchase from clean and renewable power plants.
Deputy Minister and head of SATBA added that applicants may sell their generated electricity to SATBA under a guaranteed power purchase contract whenever they desire.
